You agree to report any vulnerabilities identified in this system to NCSA without delay.

You acknowledge that your organization’s maturity score may be used by NCSA for official reporting and may trigger in-person audits where necessary.

You understand that deliberately submitting false data or exploiting the system constitutes a serious offence.
